The Challenge:
The Russian K-12 economics education market was fragmented, lacking a single, authoritative online portal for students preparing for advanced studies and national exams.

My Action & Process:
As the founder, I led the project from concept to market leader. I architected and managed the full-cycle development of the web portal, from UI/UX and front-end to the back-end infrastructure.

My primary focus was a meticulous, data-driven SEO strategy tailored for the competitive .RU market (Google.ru and Yandex). This involved:

In-depth keyword research to identify high-intent search terms.
Comprehensive on-page optimization of all content and metadata.
Technical SEO enhancements to maximize site speed, crawlability, and mobile performance.
Developing a content strategy that positioned the site as the definitive resource in its niche.
Key Achievements:

Market Dominance: Scaled the platform to capture nearly 100% of its niche K-12 economics market in the .RU zone during its peak (2015-2016).
Top SEO Rankings: Secured and maintained consistent top SERP positions for 5-6 core, high-value keywords, driving a massive influx of organic traffic.
Successful Monetization: Implemented a multi-faceted revenue model including paid subscriptions, private tutoring leads, and fees from educational events.
